Overview:
Give your students a rare, first-hand look into the world of Canada’s Air Force. This immersive workshop connects students with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and introduces them to the skills, disciplines, and mindsets that support aviation and aerospace operations.
Guided by RCAF members, the ice-training showcase highlights how Canada’s air personnel prepare for extreme weather, operational challenges, and real-world problem-solving. Students will see how teamwork, safety awareness, and technical knowledge work together to keep aircraft ready, which directly supports SHSM pathways in aviation and manufacturing.

🌞 9:30am - 9:45am: Warm up activity (after all, we need to get warmed up!)
🧊 9:45am - 12:00pm: Hands-on (dare we say fun) workshop on Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship
🍱 12:00pm - 12:30pm: Lunch break (we do better than pizzas, don’t worry)
🏫 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Facility tour (discover the magic behind the National Air Force Museum of Canada)
🍬 1:30pm - 2:00pm: Wrap up (yes, there will be candy)
