Impact matters more than title. We all pitch in, clean up after sessions, support one another on the road, and act like owners of the company. We are a small, trusted team working toward one shared goal: inspiring the next generation through unforgettable learning experiences.
Decisions are often made in minutes, not weeks. We respond quickly to teachers, partners, and one another. There’s no rigid “offline after 5 PM” rule, but there is an expectation of care, responsiveness, and shared accountability.
This isn’t a traditional 9‑to‑5. We work Saturdays together in person, take evening calls when needed, and spend a lot of time travelling across Ontario to run workshops. We also celebrate wins, film fun content, and genuinely enjoy building something meaningful together.
